Managing Applications: Profiles, Statuses, Emails

Within your BrighterMonday employer account, you can perform actions on candidates during shortlisting. These actions could either be single or batch actions, as explained below.

1. Singular Actions: These are actions that can be done on one candidate at a time. Some of these actions include:
  1. View Profile, and  CV
  2. Download Profile & CV
  3. Download & View Candidate's Assessment Report (for jobs with an Assessment)
  4. Send Email to Candidate
  5. Marking the candidate as Suitable, Maybe or Not Suitable
  6. Move Candidate Status to Shortlisted, Scheduled for interview, Rejected, Hired
  7. Add Candidate to a Candidate Pool
2. Batch Actions: These are actions that can be done on multiple candidates at a time. Some of these actions include:
  1. Download Profiles & CVs
  2. Email Candidates
  3. Change Candidates' Statuses to Shortlisted, Scheduled for interview, Rejected, Hire
  4. Add Candidates to a Candidate Pool
