Resetting Your Password

At some point in time, we've all been locked out of our online service accounts. The good thing about your BrighterMonday Job Seeker account is that, it allows you to easily regain access to your account.
In case you forget the password linked to your BrighterMonday account, follow these easy steps to reset your password:
  1. Start by tapping on the Hamburger Menu button
  2. Then tap on the LOGIN button
  3. Click on Forgot Password link
  4. Input the email address you used in creating your jobseeker account
  5. Check your email for the link to reset your password and start applying to jobs
If you cannot see the email in your inbox within 5 to 10 minutes, check your spam, or if you have not received the email after 30 minutes, repeat the process again.
